Disturb

Keywords · intermediate

Disturb lets a double-faced card be cast from the graveyard as its back face. It reads "Disturb [cost]."

How it works

• A card with disturb has a front face and a back face. After the card is in your graveyard, you may cast it transformed, paying its disturb cost, so it enters as the back face.
• Common pairings put a creature on the front and an Aura or enchantment on the back.

Rules notes

• A permanent cast with disturb is usually exiled instead of going back to the graveyard when it leaves play, so disturb is a one-time second use.
• Casting via disturb is a normal cast, so cast triggers fire.
