Eternalize

Keywords · intermediate

Eternalize lets a creature return from the graveyard as a powerful token copy. It reads "Eternalize [cost]."

How it works

• You may activate eternalize from your graveyard: pay the cost and exile the card.
• Create a token that is a copy of that creature, except the token is a 4/4 black Zombie with no mana cost.
• Eternalize can only be activated at sorcery speed.

Rules notes

• Eternalize is like embalm, but the token is always a 4/4 and black instead of keeping the original's stats and being white.
• Because the card is exiled, eternalize can only be used once per card.
