Exalted

Keywords · beginner

Exalted rewards attacking with a single creature. Whenever a creature you control attacks alone, that creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn for each instance of exalted among permanents you control.

How it works

• "Attacks alone" means exactly one creature is declared as an attacker that combat.
• Each exalted ability you control triggers separately, so three sources of exalted give the lone attacker +3/+3.
• The bonus applies even if the creature attacking alone does not itself have exalted.

Rules notes

• If you declare two or more attackers, no exalted ability triggers at all.
• Exalted checks at the moment attackers are declared. A creature that becomes the only attacker later does not retroactively trigger it.
