How it works

• Flurry abilities read "Whenever you cast your second spell each turn, [effect]."
• The trigger fires once per turn, on the second spell you cast that turn.

Rules notes

• Casting a third or later spell in the same turn does not trigger flurry again.
• The counter of spells cast resets each turn.
