Forecast is an ability you activate from your hand. It reads "Forecast - [cost]: [effect]."

How it works

• A forecast ability is activated while the card is in your hand, by revealing the card and paying the cost.
• It can only be activated during your upkeep, and only once each turn.

Rules notes

• The forecast card stays in your hand; activating forecast does not cast it.
• Forecast gives a card a slow, repeatable effect even before you commit it to the battlefield.
