Foretell
Keywords · intermediate
Foretell lets you set a card aside now and cast it later for a different cost. It reads "Foretell [cost]."
How it works
- During your turn, you may pay {2} and exile a card from your hand face down. This is the "foretell" action.
- On a later turn, you may cast that card from exile for its foretell cost.
Rules notes
- A foretold card is face down in exile, so opponents cannot see what it is until you cast it.
- You must wait until a later turn; you cannot foretell and cast the same card on the same turn.
- Casting a foretold card is a normal cast, so cast triggers fire.
