Hellbent

Keywords · beginner

Hellbent is an ability word. A card with hellbent gains a bonus as long as you have no cards in hand.

How it works

• If your hand is empty, you have hellbent and the card's hellbent ability is active.
• Drawing or otherwise gaining a card turns hellbent off until your hand is empty again.

Rules notes

• An ability word has no rules meaning by itself; it labels a recurring theme, and the real text follows it.
• Hellbent rewards aggressive, empty-your-hand decks.
