To populate is to copy a creature token you already control.

How it works

• When you populate, choose a creature token you control and create a token that is a copy of it.
• If you control no creature tokens, populate does nothing.

Rules notes

• Populate copies a creature token only. It cannot copy a normal creature card.
• A populated copy is a fresh token, so its enters-the-battlefield abilities trigger.
• Populate is strongest with large or ability-rich tokens.
