Roll to Visit Your Attractions
Keywords · advanced
Roll to visit your Attractions rolls a six-sided die and checks the result against the Attractions you control.
How it works
- Roll a six-sided die.
- If you control one or more Attractions with a number lit up that matches the roll, each of those Attractions has been "visited," and its visit ability triggers.
- Cards call for this as a creature's enters-the-battlefield ability, as one mode of a modal spell, or as a separate trigger that watches for the roll and reacts to a specific result on it.
Rules notes
- The roll only visits Attractions whose lit-up numbers include the result; an Attraction you control that doesn't have that number lit does nothing that time.
- What counts as "visited" and what a visit ability does are properties of the individual Attraction card, governed elsewhere (rule 717, Attraction Cards, and rule 702.159, Visit) — this action just produces the roll and checks it.
- A trigger worded "whenever you roll to visit your Attractions" watches the act of rolling itself, so it can fire even in a turn where no Attraction you control ends up visited.
