Storm
Keywords · intermediate
Storm copies a spell once for every spell cast before it this turn. When you cast a spell with storm, copy it for each other spell cast earlier in the turn.
How it works
- A "storm trigger" goes on the stack above the spell. It counts every spell cast this turn before the storm spell.
- It then creates that many copies. You may choose new targets for each copy.
Rules notes
- Storm counts spells cast, by any player, this turn. It does not count token creation, activated abilities, triggered abilities, or copies.
- The copies are created by the trigger, not cast, so they do not add to the storm count and do not trigger "when you cast" effects.
